Anti-Knight Rossini Sudoku has arrows outside the grid.
The arrows (=Rossini rule) indicate that the first 3 numbers are ascending or descending with the highest digit in the direction of the arrow.
If there is NO arrow, than the first 3 numbers DO NOT form ascending or descending series.
The Anti-Knight Rossini Sudoku also adds the Anti-Knight rule: in which no two squares that are a knight's move apart can have the same digit.
